Nuestro parque de maquinaria de corte por láser nos permite una elevada velocidad de mecanizado y una alta calidad en el corte de las piezas que fabricamos. Además de cortar chapa de todo tipo de metales, cortamos tubos y perfiles con materiales como cobre, latón, aluminio, hierro, inoxidable, bronce, material electrocincado o galvanizado. Disponemos de un almacén inteligente en el cual disponemos de una gran variedad de tipos de materiales y gruesos.
Disponemos de la última tecnología para realizar el proceso de corte por láser para tubo. Nuestras instalaciones están totalmente automatizadas con un almacén inteligente conectado a nuestras máquinas de corte. Esto nos permite realizar el proceso de corte de un modo eficaz y competitivo, contando con un stock permanente de materia prima con el que ofrecemos un servicio ágil a nuestros clientes.

Nueva maquinaria de corte láser tubo de piezas metálicas
En 2022 inauguramos, en JOM, una nueva nave industrial de 2500m2 como un centro aparte de corte de perfil por láser. Para ello, invertimos en nuevas maquinarias de corte por láser metal, así como en un almacén inteligente que nos permite gestionar las chapas de metal de forma automática sin necesidad de operaciones manuales y peligrosas.
Gracias a esta mejora considerable, tenemos una capacidad productiva mayor en cuanto a rapidez pero también en cuánto a la variedad de realizaciones de piezas metálicas. De este modo, satisfacemos a nuestros clientes en la fabricación de gamas variadas de piezas de todo tipo para corte por láser metal para usos muy distintos.
